Introduction
With the progressive shift to open space offices we are facing an increasing number of glass partitions that need to be equipped with view and privacy protection.
To ensure that throughout Airbus we respect a consistent brand image, we have set an artistic direction to be applied.
The following examples show some standard solutions as well as some customisable solutions – the last ones require the execution by a professional graphic designer.
Besides on glass, these graphics can also be applied on solid walls using the adapted adhesive material.
All applications that go beyond these examples have to be validated by the Airbus branding department.
Privacy
Before starting, consider how much view and privacy you want to have as a result and choose the right solution accordingly.
It is sufficient to cover the defined privacy zone between 110 cm and 180 cm to achieve view protection without ruining an open space feeling.
Material and colour
The sticker should be “sanded glass” effect – 90% should be without colour, 10% can be coloured. This is to guarantee that still enough light penetrates in the rooms.
The colours can be chosen from the Airbus colour palette. On solid walls the base material is opaque white mat sticker.
Pattern
All solutions include the application of the Airbus Carbon grid pattern.
Typefaces
Only our corporate font, Helvetica Neue is to be used. Font weights can range from bold to thin.
