A form is used to collect user data through several input fields and checkboxes.

A form displays a set of related user input fields in a structured way.

Forms are groups of inputs and input elements (for the Appearance of each element, please refer to the respective pages: text field, select, radio button, checkboxes, etc.). A standard margin of 24px exists for separating elements vertically; however, in order to create sub-groups within a form, a spacing of 48px may be applied. Just like for Surveys, term elements may be added, such as Field, as well as buttons for validation, cancelation, saving, etc.

Please refer to the respective element pages for more information about each of their behaviors.
